  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook 🍝 linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 🧈 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add 🍗 chicken strips, season with 🧂 salt, pepper, 🌽 smoked paprika, 🧄 garlic powder, 🧅 onion powder, 🌿 thyme, and 🌿 oregano. Cook until golden and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining 🧈 2 tbsp butter. Add 🧄 garlic and 🌶️ red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in 🍋 lemon juice and 🥛 heavy cream, simmering for 2-3 minutes. Add 🧀 Parmesan cheese and mix until creamy.
  5. Return 🍗 chicken to the skillet. Toss in the cooked 🍝 linguine and stir to coat evenly. Let simmer for 2 more minutes.
