Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 4 sesame seed buns
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices tomato optional
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded white cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  • Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • Toast the sesame seed buns lightly. Spread mayonnaise on the buns if desired, and place a patty on each bottom bun.
  • Add a slice of tomato if using, top with the other half of the bun, and serve warm.
