  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  •  1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  •  2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp 🧈 butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 🥩 steak bites in a single layer. Season with 🧂 salt and 🧃 pepper. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
