  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red chili, minced
  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions
