- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 4 green onions, sliced

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
