Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked and charred. Remove and rest.
  3. Steam broccoli florets until bright green and tender, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened, about 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice.
  6. Slice grilled chicken and arrange over a bed of steamed broccoli.
  7. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve warm in a bowl and enjoy!
