- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out biscuit dough on a greased pizza pan to form a crust.
- In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in flour, salt, and pepper into the sausage. Gradually add milk and butter, stirring until thickened into a gravy.
- Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the biscuit crust. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Whisk eggs and pour over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden.
